Dr. Wen studied in the United States in the early 1980s. He has been engaged in executive business in hospital management, health management, international healthcare, and healthcare economics for nearly 40 years. He has served as director of Stanford University International Medical Center, Director of international business at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and vice president of Seattle Children's Hospital affiliated to the University of Washington. After the COVID-19 outbreak, he returned to China and served as the first president of Hainan Messel Hospital.
He recently joined Capital Medical University of China as Chief International Strategic Development Officer. Promote the internationalization of medical teaching in medical universities, and promote the international strategic development of more than 20 affiliated hospitals of Capital Medical University. Dr. Wen received his Bachelor's degree from Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1982, his MBA degree from Gonzaca University in Washington State in 1987, and his PhD in Hospital Administration/Health Economics from the University of California in 1997 while working at Stanford University.
Dr. Wen is keen on Sino-US medical education exchanges, international exchanges in hospital/medical management, and actively promotes functional medicine and health management in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Dr. Wen frequently publishes articles in domestic and international medical management journals. Several recent articles published in China's "health community" have been read hundreds of thousands of times. Dr. Wen is often invited as a keynote speaker at international conferences in the medical/medical/hospital industry. He is good at bilingual international medical presentations in Chinese and English.
