Former director of the lung department of the PLA 85th Hospital, director of the Tuberculosis Center of the Nanjing Military Region, director of the Medical Department of the Panoramic medical imaging Diagnostic Center.

He studied at the Third Military Medical University as an undergraduate and at the Second Military Medical University as a visiting scholar at the Berlin Pulmonary Hospital. He has been in the military for 37 years, and has been awarded third class merit twice and collective third class merit once. He has participated in the first peacekeeping medical team of our army to Liberia and won the second Class Peace Medal of Honor.

He served as the 14th to 16th member of the Tuberculosis Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Association and the director of the China National Tuberculosis Association. He published many articles in SCI and core journals, won the third prize of military scientific and technological achievements, and participated in the national 15th scientific and technological research, the 11th and 12th Five-Year major special projects.

He is currently chairman of Tuberculosis Branch of Shanghai Medical Association and director of Shanghai Medical Association. Member of Functional Medicine Branch of Beijing Integrative Medicine Association, member of Functional Medicine Branch of China Anti-Aging Promotion Association.
